Seo Does your provider really doing their job?
This last year has given me a full education as a profession was chosen, to try to learn the intricacies of another with the launch of a successful business website. Even the term SEO was a foreigner, when I started. I, like many people, thought the money would be better spent paying a professional SEO company to optimize my site to try to do it myself.
The perception of the promised results in time is very powerful, so I went ahead knowing that the results would not occur overnight. Sure, it was costing money, but I figured it was only the cost of doing business. All successful websites were paying for it, right? I could not be more wrong.
It not only all companies pay for SEO services, I learned that the main work of SEO is a business to generate income for their success, not yours. More importantly, no SEO company cares about your website as you do.
I admit that most of the blame. As a complete novice webmaster, I did a lot of assumptions then, and only later discovered how wrong we are. However, it was the lack of accurate and timely information for me, any of these professionals SEO on the road, that really surprised me.
One of the first and most mistakes I had made when I was selecting key words they were really popular. I would have no chance of being discovered with them. No matter. I went ahead anyway. Many people make this mistake when they start a. Not only was a complete waste of time and money, SEO firm, who had hired in Boston, did not bother to pass on that little detail, as gladly collected $ 500 monthly service fee, while my organic traffic activity stayed dead.
Later, when I realized the error on my own, I selected a different SEO company. The company said it could be five non-optimized keyword phrases premium of $ 350 per month provided that each term not exceeding 300,000 monthly searches on Google. So, as I spoke with the representative of SEO, I chose the five sentences. For months, I thought the large number on the top right of the page Googles' search results was the level of monthly searches. Wrong again! Not only I had never heard Eyewear discuss key tool then, if he did he would have discovered that all but two of my keyword phrases for search had monthly volumes so low that not even register a number! And those that did were too low to worry about.
As I wondered why my long tail phrases were not generating organic traffic or the SEO company continued to collect their monthly fee as well. None of the SEO professionals had bothered to check my volume keyword phrase correctly or tell me how useless they really were. The step by step but it had helped me choose my keywords on the phone, was as clueless as I am.
Because of my exasperation at the time, I began to find free tools for website optimization of myself as Googles keyword tool, alalytics and degree Hubspots website. I also found a free online minutiae of SEO related information on blogs, and forums.
Grade web becomes a very cool tool and free SEO that uses over 50 different variables to measure the effectiveness of marketing a website. It is only however a tool, nothing more.
Over time, I was coming to the conclusion that if my site was going to succeed without failing in my account bank, which would have to do it myself.
It was time to cut the cable.
I became more intimately acquainted with the meaning of in-page and off page optimization, metadata, HTML, JavaScript and PHP. I also began to find many faults with my own websites on page optimization, although it had been paying for SEO for some time, now with two different providers.
1 – Half my title tag including my site name web instead of the chosen keywords. No need to put your name on a website title tag, as usually appear at the top of the search list anyway, when people enter your website name. The exception being a more competitive expression.
2-Having more than 10 words diluted the effectiveness of those words. He was over 20.
3-Your header tags H1 and H2 need to include keywords, if you want labels. You do not have regrets. I did, and only one of my 6 header tags had no keywords.
4-All keywords must be included on their websites content description. Most Mine were not.
5-If you want header tags of the homepage, then only certainty is H1. I was four.
6-Ha words key located in the alternate text for images, if any. I had two on my home page with keywords in any of them.
7-Have your word primary key is in the top left, inside the H1 tag only, and is in the bottom right of the homepage, maybe your right copyright information, because that's how Googles crawler 'says one website. I just had mine in the upper left.
In As for off page optimization, I learned the following:
1-learned on page optimization (website improvements specific keywords, etc.) do not weigh nearly as heavily on search engine optimization and outside of the page (article writing, blogs, comments, and link building.
2-I learned how to exchange links with sites that rank higher than yours and are free for users can be more useful to you more than the exchange with all the places where you are prompted.
3-I learned, every day, websites are prohibited by Google, as these sites are linked to a bad neighbor. These webmasters have changed anything about their own websites but have no idea as to why they are no longer indexed by Google at all.
4-I learned how one of bilateral ties weigh more with Google that trade links and how they were obtained over time through the filing of articles of good quality.
5-learned the importance of strategic thinking in choosing keywords or even a web page name before you start.
6-I learned how advantageous it can be for a new webmaster to use words that only appear in a sub-page of competitors to a page in Google, ie not on its home page, when it starts.
7-Finally, I found out what critical analysis of the classification of its competitors is actually the page before the keywords are selected, even
For me, the value of using a SEO company initially was the comfort of knowing that I felt the moment he started with one. They are, after all, experts, Right? Despite my experience, I know there are a multitude of excellent SEO providers out there. I also hope that this article does not give the impression that I am an expert SEO, because I'm not. I just know we say more now than a year ago.
I also need to say that several people in the second company he had hired, who have continued to help me. I am indebted to them as I proceed on this journey of self discovery for myself.
